SSCOBA Donates an ICU Bed and 10 Wireless Bells to Kethumathi Maternity Hospital to Battle with COVID-19
Old Boys’ Association of Sri Sumangala College (SSCOBA) donated an ICU bed and ten wireless bells to Kethumathi Maternity Hospital to support their fight against the COVID-19 pandemic. We take this opportunity to thank the attorney-at-law Mr. Amila Nawalage – Joint Secretary of SSCOBA and his wife Mrs. Nishadi Rodrigo for fully sponsoring the expenses of the ICU bed.
Complying with its social responsibility, SSCOBA has been serving the old boys, college students, and the community in numerous ways from the onset of the first wave of COVID-19. We distributed dry rations to needy old boys, students, and the community. The SSCOBA also assisted and implemented Online Learning for college students through Microsoft Teams & Office 365 and offered the same solution to the students of Royal College, Panadura as well.
